Hi again Heather: would kelloggs oat squares be ibs. friendly. When I had them before ibs. they were so filling. :)

If they are the same as Kelloggs Oat Krunchies that we have in the UK, I have them nearly every day and have never had problems with them - I actually find them better then oatmeal. They are like square pillows.

i would check to make sure the ingrediants are ibs friendly. does oat agree with you? oatmeal doesnt sit too well with me.

Do check the ingredients, but if they're just oat they should be fine. Oatmeal is very tolerable for most IBS folks. Just use soy or rice milk on them.

oatmeal was good for a while, but then i had a reactio to it. I thought it was amybe getting to heavy for me. I need a cold cereal for the warmer mornings and last time I had it, it was really filling,
