I have a most embarrassing question. When I incorporate soy into my diet (soy cheese, etc) I end up with gas. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, what do you do about it?

Hi! I don't have this problem, but here are past posts that I remembered reading that may help you.

Well, soy milk and soy cheese don't actually have any fiber. Whole foods from soy (like soy beans, or tofu) have soluble fiber, but that shouldn't trigger a lot of gas.
I'd check the links Mags gave you - there's good info there about this.

Hi,
I take mine first thing in the morning (2T) and also at night before dinner (2T). That way I find it settles my stomach in the morning when it's empty and it also settles it before dinner.

Most definitely for me! I now use rice milk and stay away from items that are full of soy.
