anyone seems to not tolerate mustard?

Ive notice that when I eat mustard i get cramps and D
Ive been doing that but just put 2x2 together

I don't have any trouble...put it could be from the acid in the mustard??

My guess is it's the red meat in your sandwich or the cheese, or something similar. Mustard is actually a digestive aid, like horseradish and gingerroot.

Other possibility is that there is fat added to the mustard you're using, or a high fructose corn syrup. Check the ingredients to see what all is in there, and take another look at what you're putting that mustard on top of.
