Hi All,
I am going to meet a friend for lunch next Tuesday after my fourth acupuncture treatment for IBS.
I will update you all on how the acupuncture is helping me in a few weeks' time!
I know one of the safest things is steamed white rice, but what else should I avoid?
What kind of chicken or beef can I have?
Thank you all SO much!!
-------------------- Originally diagnosed with IBS-C in Spring, 2008. During spring to fall of 2008, had at least 10 acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs. IBS went into remission. IBS returned in late July 2013 after taking 2 oral contrasts for a CT scan for cancer follow up. Had more acupuncture with different practitioner in summer 2014, but received little benefit.

for the IBS restaurant guide http://www.helpforibs.com/news/newsletter/08/041508.html
No beef, no pork, nothing deep fried, go for steamed.
Noodle dishes are great, steamed dumplings, request everything stir fried with as little oil as possible.
Have fun!
Best, Heather
