Hello,
About a week ago, I had some of this product on top of a safe apple crisp my husband and I made. After eating it, I developed cramps and the next day, I had many bowel movements. The BMs were all normal, but I just have a hunch the ice cream caused this?
Has anyone else on this board tried this product? If so, how did it work out for you?
THANKS MUCH!!

It could have been the excess fructose in the apples - a high FODMAP - or high insoluble fiber in apple skins but the ice cream looks reasonably safe BUT is does contain a lot of fat (19% by weight).

Some of their items are low fat, some are not. They really vary. They're all delicious but the high fat ones aren't safe.

But the ice cream is only 19% fat! I eat beef sometimes and that never seems to bother me.
I will try the ice cream soon by itself and see how I do.
Thanks to all for your replies and assistance. I truly appreciate it!!
