Is it safe to take Acacia fiber with Align probiotic? Can it be too much? Also is flax seeds a good source of fiber as well or is there a difference between flax seeds and acacia Fiber?
And one last question...my mom had her gallbladder out and has the "dumping syndrome" I know it is not the same as IBS but could Acacia Fiber help her with the mornings which seem to be the hardest time of the day.

Hi - yes, it is safe to take the acacia with any probiotic. The Tummy Fiber is a prebiotic, which means it will encourage the growth of the probiotics in your gut. You don't have to take them at the exact same time of day for this benefit.
Flax is 50/50 soluble/insoluble, so be cautious. Finely grind those seeds and add to a soluble fiber base. They are not at all the same as acacia, which is 100% soluble fiber.
