Since I'm brand new to this site I've been browsing the newsletters all the way back from when they began. I've found some incredible recipes and I'm wondering if they are in the Eating for IBS cookbook? If not I think I'll just copy them down...Thanks

Hi - some are, most probably are not. I tried to do new recipes for the newsletter as much as possible, some are variations on recipes from Eating for IBS, and some are favorites straight from the book.
And yes, the archived newsletters are a great source for recipes - they go back many, many years now!
Best, Heather

Thanks so much! I will definitely take the time then to go back and copy many of the recipes! I have to tell you I have been eating according to your guidelines for only 4 days(that's when I found your website) and ALREADY I notice a difference in my digestion! NO: bloating, pinching, or any "run-to-the-toilet-attacks" as I call them! I have more energy too! Incredible; after so many years of suffering. I've ordered the pack which consists of the cookbook, the fiber and the peppermint tablets, and I ordered both teas as well. I am super excited to start using them and seeing even more improvements in my whole lifestyle! Thanks bunches and bunches!!!
