Has anyone heard of the 'The Sneaky Chef' books. She purees veges and hides them in yummy food:). I am wondering since the veges are pureed if this may be a good way to start adding in the insoluble fiber that is nutritious and needed. Of course some of the recipes would have to be adapted, since many contain dairy. So I was curious if anyone has tried her recipes, or something similar. Here is the link, let me know what you think...

Thanks for the link to The Sneaky Chef; I'll certainly check that out since I'm new to Heather's IBS diet and worry that I'm avoiding IF; I ate cabbage a few days ago and had an attack...although it wasn't as severe as usual; I drank some Fennel tea when I felt it coming on so I must believe that helped. I think the gas the cabbage caused triggered it. I love cabbage and didn't think I had eaten too much but I will avoid it now.

It's a great concept, and perfect for getting extra IF! -nt- new
