I'm new. I need to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my three meals a day meal plan. Need some recipes to help me with this. Also what is a safe portion of fruits and vegetables when using my recipes. Thank you.

Welcome to the board,

Check the recipe index and the recipes in Heather's newsletters. Also there is a Recipe Board in which you can ask questions about recipes.

A safe portion size of fruit and veggies is something you will have to determine yourself. It will depend on how much insoluble fiber you can handle. Presumably you peel veggies and fruit and cook veggies before eating them i.e no raw veggies except perhaps a small salad after a high soluble fiber meal.
