Hey everyone,
I usually buy Silk brand soymilk (it's usually the best brand my local store carries...) and last time I was there I saw a Silk product called "Silk Fruit & Protein" - are these IBS safe? I know straight up fruit juice is usually not recommended.. but in with soy milk is that better? I looked up the ingredients for mixed berry. I'd appreciate any of your thoughts!
Ingredients: All Natural Soybase (Filtered Water, Soy Flour), Filtered Water, Juice Blend (Filtered Water, Pear, Apple, Raspberry and Blueberry Juices from Concentrates), All Natural Evaporated Cane Juice, Pectin, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Calcium Lactate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Colors from Fruits and Vegetables, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Gellan Gum, Vitamin D2.

but if you're very sensitive to fructose be cautious. Try a little, see how you do.
