Heather: Could you please put upthe recipe for cream of rice cereal,I can't find it in the book. It would be a change from the rice porridge soup and a lot quicker to prepare,thanks. :ooo:

Oh, this isn't even a recipe. You can actually buy "cream of rice" cereal. It's like cream of wheat - only rice instead. It's usually sold right next to the cream of wheat. You just add the dry cereal to the amount of soy milk or water the box calls for, then microwave and stir. It's really good with maple syrup on it.
