Contains wheat flour, potato flour, and some other ingredients that look safe. One of the last ingredients though is whole wheat flour. It says there is 0 grams of fiber. Do you think this would be an ok bread to eat? I had a 1/2 slice without any noticeable effects but afraid to eat more. I like it becuase its more satisfying than plain old whit bread. Thanks

ingredients are listed in order of quantity, so if whole wheat flour is at the very end that would indicate a small amount (maybe they dust the loaves with it or some such).

Best,
