I literally can't stand white bread...I love whole wheat so much but am avoiding it to see if it's a possible trigger food. Can I eat seedless rye or spelt?

have you tried sprouted bread? everyone is different, but it causes me no problems at all and i like it even better than whole wheat bread (but it would be a good substitute for that if your gut likes it)!

seem to be more tolerable for lots of folks than whole wheat.

I on the other hand adore white bread, but it's not very good for you overall, is it...
Wholemeal bread constipates me big time, would never ever eat it, but I do eat bread that has seeds in it and weirdly it does not constipate/bloat me at all: http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/sainsburys-price-comparison/Bread/Sainsburys_Taste_the_Difference_Multiseeded_Loaf_400g.html
I do have problems with pure rye bread however, but seeds and a little bit of bran in it does not cause me C. (and it says bran on the packet but not wholemeal flour, so maybe it comes down to the amount of bran)
