Can you tell me if the bread/snacks recipes in your books are SF an safe to eat alone or do I need to have more SF with them?

Thanks

Hi - most should be just fine on their own. That's true for just about every recipe in the book, with a few side dish exceptions that would be noted.

Thanks Heather, that's good to know. Love the recipes. Do you have plans for another cookbook in the future?

Yep! Would love to do a few more, and have been working on some for a while now, just haven't had the time to actually finish anything.

What would be handy would be to have a extended meal plan of the no cooking mealplan in your 1st book.I struggle trying to create my own and having more than just 3 days would be helpful.

That was the first book published, but the second book is the First Year IBS so I'm not sure which one you mean.

Sorry, I thought First Year with IBS was your first book. That is the one I was referring to when I mentioned about the "no cooking" meal plan.

Thanks

of the "for people who hate to cook" weekly menu?

If you can give me more details about what would help you I can give you a better answer.

And I am working on a "non-cookbook" cookbook that would focus on how to eat safely for IBS without having to really follow recipes or spend much time in the kitchen.

Actually it sounds like what you are working on is what I am looking for. I spend so much time putting my lunch together and using multiple 1 day meal plans to get ideas,or trying to modify the ones I have and keeping my calories around 1400. Having a 7 or 14 day meal plan would be helpful to me. That includes 2 snack suggestion along with 3 meals. I like to bake and cook but only on the weekends. I usually make it up ahead of time and reheat it over the week.

thanks

Okay, that makes sense! Thanks for the feedback. I'll try and work that in to the new book. Other folks have asked for more menus/meal plans as well.

Best,
