I was wondering if almond butter and peanut butter are common trigger foods cause they are more of good fats opposed to bad fats? Also, I take fish oil as well. Can fish oil cause symptoms as well being they are good fats?
Lastly, is margarine a trigger food just like butter?

even if the fats are heart-healthy.
So, best idea is to minimize your fat intake but NOT go fat free. So the fats you do eat should be heart-healthy.
Nut butters and non-hydrogenated plant margarines are good choices (as are olive oil, canola oil, safflower oil, flax oil, avocados) but still be careful. Eat them in small quantities with a soluble fiber foundation.
