Getting bored drinking water all the time. Curious, what other store bought drinks can be safe for IBS?
I do not tolerate Soy. I have tried the regular fruit juices, which I can handle, but they are way to sugarry.
What about Diet Ginger Ale? Basically, what drinks in stores can we drink?

One thing I do is add about 1/4 juice with 3/4 water. I also cannot handle straight juice, but this helps flavor the water. Otherwise, I make iced tea-- peppermint is soothing, but I love fruit flavors as well. I can handle some store bought iced teas also. My favorite is hint water--just a hint of flavor with no sweeteners at all--artificial or not!:)

of ideas What To Drink?
Diet anything is never safe, it has artificial sweeteners. Anything carbonated is also risky. So nix the diet ginger ale.

I have been drinking one Crystal Light pure fitness per day. I have had a cold so I have been drinking OJ. I drink rice milk too, like with pancakes last night. Mostly I drink water. The natural foods area has some safe drinks but many are expensive. They have diet pop made with Stevia- carbonation is not safe though. They have mint flavored water and other ok things.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Aloe vera and colon cleansing should be avoided at all times. Read Aloe vera and IBS in Heather's newsletter.
