Hi All!! I'm searching for a soy milk that won't make me too bloated and/or yucky feeling I have currently been using WestSoy Vanilla Fat-Free. I was use to skim milk, and fat free soy is about the closest thing. Anywho-- I always feel bloated a while after consuming it... If anyone has any suggestions on a good fat-free soy milk... lemme know!!

Luvins!!

Also... does lite-Tofu cause anyone else to become bloated?

Were you eating soy/tofu products before? If you're not used to eating them, it can cause bloating. If this is the case, try eating a little every day until your body adjusts to it. You can also try using Beano.

You might look at trying Rice milk. It has a very close consistency to skim milk and should not cause any bloating. Also, there are almond, oat and hazelnut milks that may agree with you more. Good luck!

I like Silk organic soymilk. Vanilla is my favorite, but my hubby likes the plain. I think they also have chocolate. I don't know if it's "bloating food," because I'm ALWAYS bloated! But you might give it a try.
