Well, my page has changed. Now along with the annoying ads, my page stretches past my computer screen and I have to use the scroll bar to read all the post. It wasn't like that before, so I can only assume it is from the changes with these ads to the page. Not as easy to navigate!!!

It looks like it is a result of adding the ads to the forum pages.

I'm not getting this problem, either. Does anyone else use Firefox? Maybe that's the difference - the ads are very subtle and my page is still easily readable.

Oh - everything is readable ib both browsers. It is just the insertion of Google ads on the page has shifted the display on some individuals screens by a few lines. The line shift does bother me but the carriage return after "Eating for Irritable Bowel" and "Syndrome" followed by Google ads is a bit weird. Some one fiddled with the HTML code and messed it up. Maybe it will get fixed.

There is no carriage return in my view on either browser. I have to format for standard view and screens, so there are always people who will see too much blank space and others who will have lines wrap. Frustrating, but I don't know a way around it.

Well, my screen was fine. It isn't as of today.

The problem has gone away now that "Eating for IBS Syndrome" has been abbreviated to "Eating for IBS" probably because the character string now fits within a standard screen size used in the original BB.threads design.

Mine is like yours Geri.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
