I highly recommend Kettle baked potato chips. They are much better than Lays' baked potato chips and MUCH SAFER for IBS sufferers because they contain no additives other than potatoes, a little oil and salt.
These are the first potato chips I've been able to tolerate in 30 years! I recommend the lightly salted ones. I consider them a real miracle!
They're made in the U.S., but available at some supermarkets and healthfood stores here in Canada too. I buy them at Longos and Fortinos supermarkets in Toronto.
Check them out at the website below. I've only seen two of the varities listed. The full range is probably available in the U.S., but not in Canada. But, then, most of the ones listed are probably not very good for IBS ... just the lightly salted ones.
Bon appetite!

Yep - they are great. I buy low fat/low salt Kettle chips at Costco. Much much better than Lay's Baked Chips!

I love salt & vinegar chips and always lamented not being able to find baked ones. On a recent trip to RI, I found the Kettle brand baked s&v chips and loved them! Haven't been able to find them up here, though. Should've bought more!

I had problems with baked lays too. I just thought I was extremly touchy to the oil in them, perhaps it was additives also?
