Looking for IBS food that is high in protein... new

I have a low level of protein and am looking for food that is safe to eat on the IBS diet.

and,if well-cooked and pureed/mashed and you introduce them gradually to your diet so your gut adjusts to the bean sugar (raffinose), lentils and beans and soy.

All soy products are high in protein. Do you like edamame? They are my favorite. I get the Dry Roasted Edamame from Amazon.com. There is 14 grams of protein/serving, and it is heart healthy protein. They have a couple of different varieties as well. If you can find a protein powder that has no artificial flavors/sweetners it would be good as well. Soy milk has a lot of protein in it 7grams/serving and Oatmeal has 5 grams/serving. Soy yogurt has about 7-9 grams/serving of protein. Also, chicken, turkey, lunch meats, fish, i like the water packed tuna, and fresh grilled salmon (or the fish of your choice). Hope this helps!
