Can I drink these? Gatorade, powerade etc? What baout fruit juices? I am desperately trying to figure out things that I can eat and drink. Pregnancy has hit me hard and am nauseas every day. I can barely eat anything. I need to keep myself hydrated. Thanks!

That's right here http://www.helpforibs.com/news/newsletter/09/022409.html
For what you can eat, check the ENORMOUS diet and recipe section of the site starting here http://www.helpforibs.com/diet/

Coconut water or cashew water by O.N.E or Zico are my new favorites. DO you have a juicer? You can make ginger pear juice or carrot juice thats real good. Cranberry juice I can have as long as there is no HFCS or added juices like apple.

I was looking on the site earlier for info on Koolaid to see if it was safe and, as far as I can tell, most people said it was. Just use less sugar if you don't want it as sweet. You can make many of the teas into iced tea, too. The ginger would be really good for the nausea, I used to take ginger gel caps before long rides because I would get motion sickness and that would help.
