ACACIA PILLS

Have plans for an Acacia Pill been shelved? It is a long while since I asked this question and am wondering what has happened.
I have been taking the Acacia for 4 years now and there are certain times when pills would be much more convenient.

Hi - formulating a pill or chewable capsule with organic ingredients turned out to have so many difficulties we had to temporarily shelf the project. But, we are actively working on travel packets (like sugar packets) of the powder. The difficulty there is finding the machinery to make stick packs, as acacia produces a lot of dust when handled in large quantities and not all machinery can deal with it.

Once we source the right machinery we will have the stick packs soon after. Sorry this is taking so long - it's been a lot more tricky than anticipated.

Heather,

Travel packets are a great idea. They would be so much easier to carry around than a little baggie of white powder.

Thank you for all your effort in trying to make taking SF easier for all of us.

Tupperware makes some great, tiny containers that are perfect for this. I am not sure what size they are, but they would probably hold a few tablespoons total. If I'm going out for lunch or dinner, I just put a tablespoon of acacia in one of these containers and throw it in my purse!

Check 'em out!

Thank you Heather for trying to make life easier for us with IBS. I agree, a pill or travel packets would be wonderful, especially when traveling.
