I take two Citrocel supplements a day. One after both breakfeast and dinner. I've gotten better, but not what I would call normal. Actually, I'm not even sure what normal is. Should I take more? Can I take too much? When should I take them? Thanks, for the help.

That's the dosage I was taking for the past 2 years. I noticed no change with it -- because it wasn't NEARLY enough. That's only a half gram twice a day. Heather suggested that I at least double it, which I did, but I still didn't notice any change. I started on acacia just the other day, and I'm noticing a change. Oh yeah! Bev
