Is Heather C or D?

I don't remember this from reading Heather's books so does anyone know if she's a C or a D? I think both groups, although following the same general rules, need to modify their diets in slightly different ways and this info would be helpful.

Zara, I think she's D but not sure. I know she wrote in her book that she drank pina colada when she was little and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. I suppose she had D.

IBS-C since 2006. No signs of IBS now, it's been 4 yrs. Only dairy allergy now.
