I'm always looking for different flavored teas so I don't get bored sticking with just one or two. Does anyone have favorites they'd like to recommend, even if they're gourmet?

recipe is here Chai and you can just change it a bit each time you brew a new cup.
I will add:
fresh grated orange zest chunk of smashed fresh gingerroot dried lavender extra fennel seeds honey to sweeten instead of sugar extra cardamom seeds make with chocolate Silk soy milk instead of vanilla
It's a good, fast foundation that's delicious as is or can be quickly customized for an individual cup.
If you have access to bulk spices it's also much, much less expensive than buying ready-made chai blends.

I like Good Earth's Good Night tea for my morning tea.
For something a little different, Yogi makes a wonderful redbush chai.

I like the fennel tea but my favorite childhood tea and I still make now, is ginger tea. Cut a couple of chunks of ginger and smash 'em (you don't have to peel 'em), add the ginger chunks and some anise seed to the water and let it boil. Once it's at a boil, you're ready to drink it. Add sugar or honey to sweeten to your liking.

I drink lots of peppermint tea but I also like raspberry/apple tea from Trader Joes. I like chamomile tea from any store or any fruity caffeine tea.

When I'm feeling good I enjoy a cup of raspberry & white decaf tea from Stash. Otherwise I just stay with ginger and peppermint.
