Peppermint & Fennel tea

Hi all. This is my first post. I just received the Big Kahuna Kit and I'm still trying to figure it all out. I am sure I will have many more questions, but my first is about the teas. Generally, I have all of the symptoms that these teas help to ease. I am just not sure when I should take which tea or even if I can put one tea bag of each in hot water (in other words, combining the two). If I decide I want a cup of tea every morning, midday and evening, which tea should I take, when & can I combine then?

The Peppermint tea is a great tea to have first thing in the am and throughout the day. Fennel tea is best for bloating and gas, drink fennel for those days. It does not hurt to have fennel on NON gassy days but that is what the tea helps with. You can alernate througout the day as well with them. Personnaly the fennel tea at night is great to ease gas after a meal.

so you can mix and match, brew them together, have them on an empty or full stomach, have them before, during, and/or after meals, it's all completely fine.
You can't really use them any wrong way, so no worries.
