Is the Tetley brand of Chai tea safe?? It has cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, star anise and cloves in it?? Sounds safe, has anyone had it??

It depends...if it is black tea, then it's not recommended because of the caffeine. I drink Yogi Tea's Red Rooibos Chai. It's red tea and doesn't have caffeine. On occasion, I also drink green tea chai. I don't have a problem with that one either.

Tetley's Chai tea is a flavoured black tea that contains Orange Pekoe tea as the base to which they add cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, star anise and cloves.
