Ok...I am hoping...are these ok if if I substitute for the butter? The only ingredients are rice krispies and marshmellows?

Yes, use canola oil for the butter, and reduce the amount. Search the recipe board for past posts on this.

Soy Garden has the same amount of calories and fat as butter/margarine -- and the same consistency -- except that it is made from soy (oils). I find mind in the margarine section at Whole Foods. So, it should be at a health food store near you. (I sound like a commercial!) I know that it is sold at the East Coast Trader Joe's, also...
