I WOULD LOVE TO SEE PHOTOS OF IBS SAFE WEDDING CAKES. WHEN I WAS MARRIED IN VEGAS LAST YEAR.MY HUSBAND AND I DID NOT GET A WEDDING CAKE. OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY IS COMING UP AND I WOULD LOVE TO CELEBRATE WITH A CAKE AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE PHOTOS OF SOME CAKES TO GET IDEAS.

I guess I'm not really understanding why an IBS-safe wedding cake would look any different from a normal wedding cake. You just need to find a bakery that's willing to use safe (low-fat, dairy-free) cake and icing recipes.
I think the only thing you might have to take into consideration is that buttercream frosting - what's used in a lot of cakes to make the icing roses and things like that - would be ruled out. But some of the most gorgeous cakes I've seen have been decorated with fresh flowers anyway - my mom's, when she married my stepdad, had a spiral of flowers from top tier to bottom, decorated with tiny candles. It was breathtaking!

it's beautiful and has zero fat. They can use royal icing over the fondant - also fat free.
