If so, have you ever tried them? Did they make you worse? Or just no effect?

Thanks

I tried dairy-zyme and didn't notice anything special (didn't see it as any help).

Then I showed it to my doctor. She said all my enzyme levels were OK so it shouldnt make any difference. She also told me some of the stuff in it doesn't make sense at all...

Anyway, I haven't tried any of those fancy enzymes, so I can't be of any help there.

I am stable, though. I also gained 1 kilogram so that's a good sign, I CAN gain weight now (if I want, LOL... I think I want to see what's the level of fatness my mom flips from "Oh, you're too thin" to "Oh, no, you're too fat" to )

Anyway, Jordy, I am sorry you are not seeing much improvement... I don't know how to help you... So does your doctor not notice the bloating at all? I mean, it's pretty prominent with you... Doesn't he/she have any suggestions?

I am, at least without taking them regularly. However, I take Beano before "gassy" foods, especially soy and hummous. And I often take a Digest Gold before restaurant meals. Both of these occasional uses seem to be effective for me.

I am stable for one month. I just take one Jarrow probiotic a day before a big meal (usually dinner)and a Regimint 2-3 times a day. Its supposed to be actually 3. If I can get away with 2, I will.

Me! But I've never tried digestive enzymes of any kind... I subscribe to the K.I.S.S. theory on most things, and don't take "optional" supplements unless I find I really need them. And I never did. And I've been stable for a year and a half now.

Can you only buy this from their personal website? Or is in stores?

I buy it from my local health food store. They usually can order it. Its cheaper that way too.
