Does anyone know if it is okay to eat the stuffing that is cooked in the Turkey and is the gravy okay to eat??

Stuffing, if it's made without sausage and fat, is a great soluble fiber foundation and very safe. Gravy is usually made with drippings and is pure fat, so not safe. But - check the recipe board for stuffing and gravy recipes that are very low fat and totally safe. If you're not doing the cooking, ask the person who is how they made the stuffing and gravy so you'll know if they're high fat.
