I am new to this message board. I have had I.B.S. all my life, but in the last few years it has switched from C to D with a lot more pain. I can't eat salad, raw vegetables, whole grains, fruit with the skin on it, seeds, nuts, high fat foods. So I am very limited. I am sure all of you can relate to some of this. I recently was told by my Doctor that I may have Policystic Ovarian Disease and possible insulin resistance. I have some weight to lose, but find it hard to stick with a PCOS diet and the IBS diet. I am frustrated, and am hoping someone has something similar, like diabetes with the I.B.S. and knows how to eat. Help please. Thanks.

I think there was a whole Ask Heather column about it a while back, and I know there's been great past posts.
