If i eat vegetables, insoluble fiber, inulin or phsyillum my face get bloated..
And i get some kindof itchy pain in my right eye + nausea!
Do you get anything simmilar?
(actually, i dont have stomach pain, but with my chronic diarreah, constipation, reacting on insoluble fibers etc, i think i've got ibs.)

Could it be some kind of allergic reaction?

You need to be properly diagnosed by your doctor. He or she needs to run various tests including a colonoscopy to determine if you have IBS.

i've done multiple allery tests, and they all turn out negative. all my symptomes startet a year ago when I ate 100% caseine protein powder. it pretty much fuked up every thing :\
after my 3 visit to the doctor, he suggested me to go to a shrink. been to an eye doctor aswell, her conclusion was that; "you have perfect eyes, its not suppose to itch!" kindof frustrating when nobody believes you, "but you look so healthy"... but still I feel like crap :\ i've tried homeopathy and CTM, homepathy was hoax imo. CTM was alright tho.
a week ago i bought aloe vera juice, and tried two table spoons in the morning and evening with really good results. The only consern I have is that, from what i've read, aloe vera isnt a healer it just calms the symptoms down. i've tried to take multiple probiotica products with mixed success. my tolerance level for tablets are very low, its almost like to tablets are not digested properly in my stomach and constantly irritating.. i've tried fluid probiotica aswell, that was pretty good.
i'll try this german probiotica yoghurt from FitLine. its one you make yourself athome. its supposed to be really good.

both of which can cause really wide-ranging problems outside the GI tract, which it sounds like you might be having. These are not diseases that allergy tests will diagnose. You need a GI doc to rule these out, just to be safe.

It sounds like allergies to me. What type of allergy tests did you take? What does your diet look like?

i'm into fitness. so my diet is high protein, moderate karbe and fat (like 30,35,35%). so no red meat, alot of fish and no insoluble fibers.
the strange thing is that I can tollerate one thing fully the one day, but the other day it gives me symptoms. i dunno much about the allergy test, just that it was a blood test..
thanx guys
