Flax oil is a fabulous source of healthy oils, but like all fats it's a GI stimulant so it can cause attacks. Incorporate small amounts with soluble fiber foods and you should be just fine (treat it as you would olive oil, canola oil, avocados, etc.). Finely ground flax meal can also be added to soluble fiber foods. Vitamin E is fine as a supplement - take it with food.
Melons have both fructose and insoluble fiber, so treat as you would any other fresh fruit. Eat them carefully - not on an empty stomach, not without soluble fiber. Having a slice for dessert is always a good option.

I think Omega 3 Fish Oil is really good too.....at least for the heart. It's 1 of the things Jean Carper believes in great along w/wine, garlic, grapes, & I think strawberries or watermelon, either spinach or broccoli or both. Nuts. Can't remember the rest at the moment.
There's a ?, is watermelon good. Would seem to me that it would have insoluble fiber, but who knows......???????
I thought we could eat lots of avacado
