Hi, just wondering could it be the onions in your diet? Onions and too much garlic can really hurt me. I use just a touch of garlic powder. My main spice is salt. paintlady

Ahh, the nausea...that is how this whole thing started for me, along with the D. I spent about 25 days a month for three months sleeping on the bathroom floor- with extreme nausea, so bad I couldn't speak to anyone. This has now been 90% controlled, I'll tell you how I did it. First thing - try those motion sickness wristbands, they sell them in the same section as dramamine. Second thing- I use wrigleys peppermint gum (dark blue pack) just chew it til its soft , then keep it on your tongue and suck on it like a hard candy. The peppermint candy for me was to big and having it in my mouth made me gag. Thirdly- Make sure you eat, I lost 45 pounds in that horrible three months from self starvation due to nausea. Not eating made the nausea worse.Toast has saved my life - if I start to feel nauseous now, I also get a feeling of being hungry but full and it's sometime hard to force food, but I do it. Fourth- I tend to get nauseous when I get tired, so try to lie down for a few minutes and relax, this helps and then I'm able to go about my business when I get up.
I wish I could relay these things in a better manner (have a hard time writing what I think) I haven't slept on the bathroom floor in three months and am feeling much better now. Hope some of my suggestions help.
Take Care Colby
