If you change SFS can you start the new one at your old dose?

Is it safe to stay at the same dose if you change your SFS? I am at 12 grams of Citrucel and went to Benefiber today so can I just go to 12 grams or does my body need time to adjust to a new SFS? Thanks!

I'd start the new one at a slightly lower dose, and then gradually increase. -nt- new

Heather, Thanks for the help. I did try your SFS but got sick but to be honest I think I was in such a hurry to feel better that I increased the dose to quickly so I will take it slow with this one. Lisa
