Heather can you tell me what the difference is ,if any, between natural chicken(NO hormones, grain fed, practically free range) and organic chicken. I can only get NATURAL chicken right now, but would organic BE better? do you know?

Organic is special label that carries specific USDA requirements. Companies have to actually get certified in order to label their foods organic. I did a quick search to try and find what the specific requirements are but I can't find a government source. I did find good general info at web page. The natural chicken you're finding sounds fairly close. In general, if you can get chicken that says it's antibiotic-free, hormone-free, free-range and not caged, etc. that's a much better bet than just regular factory-farmed chicken, even if it's not specifically labeled organic.
Wish I could find more details for this...I'll keep looking.
