I just wanted to introduce myself to you all. I was diagnosed with IBS-C about a year ago, but I only discovered Heather's books a couple months ago. So far, the diet has been a HUGE help. The docs that I saw never mentioned anything about soluble vs. insoluble fiber.
Of course I still have really tough days from time to time, but I think overall the trend is up. Heather, thank you!
P.S. The Thai-Grilled Chicken Satays and Sweet Potatoes with Japanese Miso are my absolute fav recipes =)
