Are goose and duck eggs ok to eat? are they any more or less a trigger than chicken eggs? what about the duck/goose egg whites?

Hi - it really doesn't matter what type of egg you're talking about (poultry or even reptile), the yolks are high fat and a trigger, the whites are fat-free protein and safe. Feel free to use duck or goose eggs instead of or in addition to chicken eggs if you prefer the whites from them.

I presume, but don't know for sure, that goose and duck egg WHITES are fine, just as chicken egg whites are, but avoid the yolks--esp. since goose and duck egg yolks are going to be even larger!
