Exactly one week ago I received my order of acacia, mint tea, fennel tea, and the mint caps. The day I started I noticed an improvement. By 4 days later I ate at a restaraunt (safe food of course)!!! You have to understand even bread and water bothered my stomach before. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I suffer from depression especially when I get sick for long periods of time, so I was feeling pretty down. I am so happy I'm feeling better. Heather, I know we don't know eachother but I think I love you!!!!! 
Your suggestions have been better than any doctors ever has! Ohhhh and the yoga, that was particularly helpful to me before I got the shipment as well as after.
