i know your very busy but im wondering is low fat dairy product -(mayo and spread) better than dairy free or the other way round as my dairy free things are fairly high in fat !! im a bit confused

Hi Jenz - Sorry, missed your earlier posts. Check the recipe board for a ton of posts on the different mayo options. In general, if you can tolerate the minute amounts of dairy elements in fat free mayo, that's a really safe way to go. If you have to go 100% dairy free, then you're going to have to use just a bit of these soy mayos as they are still quite high in fat.

BTW, the dairy in fat free mayo is usually trace elements, and not comparable to eating something like skim milk.
