Hello all,
Have any of you tried this treatment for your colon problems? I did yesterday. It made me terribly nervous afterwards. I was given some Chinese herbs to make strong bitter tea from, but I cannot face it as my stomach does not even like peppermint tea. I know acupuncture has a long and successful history, but I have , (just myself alone) not had any success with it in the past.

Hi - just a note here, the herbal medicine is often an even more important part of acupuncture than the use of the needles. If you're not able to take the medicine, tell the acupuncturist, as this is important.
