Hi Heather
I made your recepie for applesauce chocolate bread and really, really, really, really fell in love with it. Is it possible to eat too much? I have it at least one piece to 5 pieces a day. It tastes so great and seems to really settle my stomach but should I eat it that often.
I know that it has a high amount of sugar, a fair amount of oil, and of course the cocoa powder.
Is it possible to o.d. on it?

Hi - well, if it was possible to od on that bread I'd have been done for a long time ago.
Seriously, don't overeat anything, even pure soluble fiber foods, as too much of any food at one sitting can trigger attacks. But, if you're just snacking on the bread through out the day, and you're hungry, that quantity should be just fine. There's not really enough fat in there to cause problems at all. And honestly, you'll probably eventually get tired of eating it so often, so I wouldn't worry. This seems to be especially true of sweets - you can only eat so much sugar before you really get tired of it and it just won't appeal anymore. - H
