Well, I just had two glasses of piesporter (wine) and I'm feeling great right now! (well, that was along with two cap'n and diet cokes also)

Hi - Alcohol is a digestive tract irritant, which means it's an IBS trigger. This is true for all alcohol, unfortunately. You'll probably have better luck with something light (wine instead of vodka) on a full stomach instead of empty, but be careful.

Hi
My alcoholic beverage of choice is Arbor Mist or Wild Vines wine products. They are low in alcohol (5 percent), lower than most regular wines, no tanins (no headache) and they taste good. You don't have to develop a taste for them! of course, moderation is the key....

Wow, I haven't gotten scolded like that in a long time!
I wasn't extremely under the influence, just a lil'bit. And, for those who were wondering, it did bother my digestive system.

WARNING: Do not try this at home!!

Grrr....my last vice. I've quit smoking, chocolate, pizza (except for the Great Pizza Experiment -- see water bottle thread), ice cream, burritos from the Dungeon (restaurant) and and now alcohol?! All I want is a White Russian!! Is that too much to ask!?!?

What's a girl to do?

Mmmm, white russian. I've given up alcohol as well. I do sometimes wish I could drink for a paralyzer. When I was pregnant I made a non-alcoholic version with caffeine-free coke, milk and a little coffee syrup. It wasn't too bad either. Now all that stuff is a trigger. No coke, although with milk or ice cream most of the carbonation is gone, no milk, and it's not as good with soy, no coffee and no alcohol. Wow. Boring. I hear ya Jules. I haven't tried some of the lighter stuff but there is non-alcoholic wine coolers and stuff out there that I am going to try. At least the flavour would be there. And they are cheaper! And no one knows you're not drinking. I'm not sure if they have carbonation or not. Add that to my shopping list.
