HI Heather; THIS IS GREAT! even for us who have been here. I found most of my info for Equalactin but need to clarify one or two things. The box says to take at start at ibs symptoms, we all have ibs already? To what does that refer. and second, it says to take for no more than 2 days in a row. I think this part, I remember now, IT IS SAFE TO TAKE EVERYDAY, RIGHT? Since I haven't taken it for awhile, off and on before, should I start at 2 pills,2/day as for beginners? If these questions have been addressed before, my apologies, I am going away for a week and just need to make sure of it.

Hi Louise - Yes, it's safe to take every day. Do a board search on equalactin and you'll see the past posts about this.
You can start at 2 pills a day and build back up, but if you've been eating a lot of soluble fiber foods you could probably start at 2 pills taken two or three times a day and be fine. Eight pills a day is the max dose recommended for Equalactin by the manufacturers.
