This site is really cool. I'm really glad I'm not alone. This isn't something I can talk to anyone about besides my husband and he gets really frustrated w/ me sometimes. Showing him this site and making him read some of the stuff out of Heather's book has helped him realize it's not all in my head which has been great. Thanks guys. It's not available in the US so I'm not too familiar with it. Be a bit careful with psyllium - it can cause bloating.
