Hello, Just started reading Heather's book. Excited to finally read something encouraging instead of frightening. Does anyone know if Duram/Semlolina?...I think that's how you spell it, is made from whole wheat? That's what it says on all my pastas in my house and I'm wondering if I should get rid of them because of the no 'whole wheat' thing. Thanks.

Hi there - welcome! Durum or semolina pastas are just fine. If the pasta is "whole wheat" it will specifically say that on the label. It's actually a bit hard to find whole wheat pastas - they're at health food stores. But you won't see many mainstream brands at regular grocery stores that are whole wheat - and they'll always advertise the fact if they are.

Best,
Heather
