Just take a single rice or corn chex and put on a plate or in a bowl with water. Walk away and come back in an hour or two. The chex will be enormous - because the soluble fiber in it is absorbing the liquid.

Found this out by accident when a few chex were left in the kitchen sink after washing dishes. It's a pretty good visual for what happens when you eat soluble fiber, and what it's actually doing in your gut.

I like the rice milk, plain or vanilla, over Rice Chex. Both are sweeter than regular milk which is a bonus to me!

I eat honeycomb's every now and then. They are safe and taste great with vanilla soy milk. Also grape nuts. A good way to eat them is put it in a bowl cover with milk add some brown sugar and microwave it for a min or two. It is really yummy!!!
