its been so long i cant actually remember what a normal bowel movements like - mine seem to haved changed this week and was just wondering wether this could be what im experiencing - help!!!

seem to be less often and slightly less diareah type - i know it sounds bad but i soo want to feel better - im having a really rough time at mo
