I was wondering if anyone as used a product call Intesti-Care? Put out by Basic Organics. It as Peppermint oil & Acidophilus Enteric Coated to Bypass Stomach Acids.
also Grapefruit seed extract & Caraway seed extract.
I found a magazine call Let's Live .As a good article on IBS. Had alot good things to say about Heather's Books etc.
The article was call SOS for IBS. But the product was an Ad
in the magazine .So I just wondered if anyone used it are
heard about it. Thanks for any info.

there are studies on them in the Research Library board. They're really helpful for lots of folks. Probiotics can help too, though I've never seen those in an enteric coated form combined with the peppermint oil before. Not sure if that would work as well as taking probiotics as a separate supplement.

Heather ,
Thanks for the info & I saw the posting on the GNC Book. That was the book the article was in .It came thru the mail to my daughter's work. At a Spa. So you don't think the pills would be worth it? I also have Acid Reflex.
Thanks for your reply.

I think Heather was trying to say that peppermint caps are very helpful. Acidophilus is also helpful (I take it), but it might not be as effective in this form due to the enteric coating on the capsules. Check out the price of each separately compared to the ones you read about.
